We audit what you've actually got
Code, data, secrets, deployment settings and cost drivers. Often the biggest early win is simply turning off what you're paying for and don't use.
We deal with the secrets problem first
Every key that has been exposed gets rotated and moved into proper environment configuration. If a repl was public, we assume the keys are compromised, because they are.
We migrate to a real database
A managed Postgres database — usually Supabase — with your existing data brought across, a schema that will hold up, and access rules that actually restrict access.
We move it, if moving makes sense
Onto Vercel or similar, with your own domain and a repository you own. If staying on Replit is genuinely the cheaper answer, we'll say so instead.
We finish the app
Authentication, payments, integrations, error handling and the features the agent kept almost getting right.

Common questions
Not automatically. Replit is good hosting for plenty of apps. The reasons to move are usually cost at scale, needing infrastructure Replit doesn't offer, or wanting your code and hosting under your own accounts. The audit gives you a straight answer for your specific app rather than a general opinion.
Yes. We export what's there, map it into a proper relational schema, and verify record counts and spot-check content before switching anything over. The old data stays available until you're satisfied the new setup is right.
Treat them as compromised and rotate every one of them — that's the first thing we do. We then move them into proper secret storage and check your billing and logs for any use you didn't authorise.
