Common questions
No. They're working examples of software we build to order. Each one uses a fictional business and sample data, and nothing you do in them is saved or sent. A real version is built around your own process, prices, rules and brand, and you own it.
Often you should. Tools like ServiceM8, Airbnb or a practice platform are cheaper and faster to start, and each example page says when that's the better answer. Custom software makes sense when your process doesn't fit the template, per-user fees have grown, or the gaps between tools are costing hours every week.
Custom work is quoted individually at a fixed price, agreed before any work starts. The number depends on how many workflows, integrations and user types are in the first version. Our app costs guide publishes indicative Australian ranges if you want a sense of scale first.
